Return & Exchange Policy

  • There will be no exchanges or refunds for any purchases made. 
  • Refunds are strictly not allowed if item does not fit as measurements are clearly stated on the website. 
  • Returns or exchanges can only be done if there is any major defect of product or a wrong order has been delivered. 
  • Product measurements might differ up to 2" from what is provided on the website and it should not be considered as a defect.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered and must not be worn and washed. 
  • We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their store credit refund after 3 working days after the confirmation. 


Requests for exchange/return for the following reasons will be rejected:

  • Slight colour differences are inevitable due to discrepancies from individual computers or tech devices.
  • Fabric placement for printed items may vary for every individual pieces.
  • Loose threads or slight misalignment of seams are not considered as defects.
